REP’s own Mark Kincannon will be the featured Business Transition Specialist at “Buying or Selling a Business? Ask the Experts First.” It’s a free event presented by the Arkansas Tech Small Business and Technology Development Center on Tues., Oct. 19, at Arkansas Tech University in Russellville. Mark will join three other expert panelists—a CPA, an attorney, and a lender—and they’ll all interact with and walk participants through the process and critical considerations involved in buying and selling a business.

• What should I look for in a business broker?
