Howell Schmidt

Meet the newest member of the REP Team, Howell Schmidt. Howell is a highly experienced business leader with over 25 years of expertise in sales and management of small and mid-size businesses, with annual sales ranging from $1M to $300M.

Howell learned the importance of servant leadership while working in and leading his family's wholesale consumer packaged goods distribution business, which was in operation for over 50 years and spanned three generations. After selling the family business, Howell worked in several high-growth companies in different positions, including Supply Chain Director, Director of Business Development, Director of Strategic Business Development, and Chief Operating Officer. His extensive sales and operations experience gives him a unique perspective in developing effective strategies and solutions.

Howell is highly skilled in collaboration, strategic planning, developing systems and processes, creating organizational structures, and communication. He has a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Arkansas and an MBA from Webster University, which provides him with the knowledge and skills to excel in his field.

Howell is a lifetime resident of Fort Smith, Arkansas, where he lives with his wife, Staci, and their three daughters.
