Assisting with the Sale of a Carwash and Storage Facility

The Gillooley brothers owned one of the only large storage facilities in their area, which also included a manual carwash. It had a remarkable potential for growth, but they were ready to focus on other business interests so decided it was time to sell. That’s when they reached out to Resolution Equity Partners for help, and we went to work to find a buyer.

And it didn’t take long. We were able to connect them with local businessman, Howard Campbell (pictured with his wife Benita), who was looking to build additional sources of income for his retirement years. This was the perfect opportunity for that.
