Transitioning a Successful Manufacturing Business

Entrepreneurs Steve DeLassus and Rick Ralston have owned and operated several small businesses over the years. One of those businesses is Magnaform Corporation, which mainly serves the poultry industry throughout the mid- south by manufacturing portion-controlled trays. They had improved the business and were ready to sell it and focus on other endeavors. So, after working with the team on a previous deal they felt like, REP was perfect to help with this transition.
