Meet Alan Altom, a member of the REP team. Alan is an experienced leader with over 25 years of leadership experience in Sales, Marketing, and Operations. He has served as a Company Commander in the United States Marine Corps and held various leadership positions such as VP of Sales & Marketing, Regional Operations Manager, and Director for different companies. Alan is also currently the owner and CEO of two companies where he manages the day-to-day operations and finances and ensures the profitability of the businesses.

Alan believes in creating value through developing an efficient organizational structure, fostering a positive culture, forming a strategic plan, and preparing for future success. He understands the importance of making a profit and providing value to shareholders.

Alan grew up in Bryant, Arkansas, and holds a bachelor’s degree in Sociology from the University of Arkansas and a master’s degree in business administration from the Sam M. Walton School of Business at the University of Arkansas. Alan and his wife Carol (USNA ’95) live in Springdale and have two sons.
